---------------------------------
Next summer the American Chemical Society is sponsoring a conference on
chemical education, for which I have agreed to organize a symposium on the
teaching of archaeological chemistry -- that is, the design of meaningful
courses that introduce nonscientists to analytical techniques that are of
value to archaeologists. My purpose in posting this is to see if any
members of the list would be interested in participating, either directly
by giving a talk or indirectly by telling me what sorts of topics are
valuable/essential/a-dead- waste-of-time in such a course.

Thanks for your interest.
