...that was the sincerest form of flattery; she's offended when I use more
conventional varieties. Wanted to let her know there was someone out there
who really cared. This time, it's your chivalry that's a bit misplaced, though
I'm not criticizing you for that. I didn't expect you to understand it; I
didn't expect her to, either; and today I no longer understand it myself.
