Help on ethnographies

Can anyone give me the reference to the ethnography on student life at Rutger's
? I have the vague notion it's called something like Coming of Age in America.

And while you're thinking of ethnographies, any suggestions about good examples
of postmodern ones? I recall seeing John McCreery's posts about this topic, but
I don't recall exactly what he said. John, if you're out there, would you be
kind enough to send that note again?
