Death Scene Course

On May 11 & 12, the Rensselaer and Jasper County Sheriff's Departments will be
sponsoring a workshop on "Death Scene Investigation: A Forensic Entomology and
Anthropology Field Training Workshop" in Rensselaer, Indiana. The purpose of
this forensic workshop is to provide coroners, medical examiners, police
investigators, archeologists, etc., with knowledge of entomological and
anthropological techniques used for recovering evidence from death scenes.
Presenting are:

Neal H. Haskell, PhD, BCE (entomology)
Stephen P. Nawrocki, PhD (anthropology, archeology)
Matthew A. Williamson, MA (anthropology)

The cost of the course is $235 and includes a t-shirt and pig roast. Lodging
and travel are the participant's responsibility. The registration deadline is
April 29, 1994, and enrollment is limited to 30 individuals. For further
