Religious commonalities

W P ANDERSON wrote in search of commonalities among four distinct
groups for his novel. Although I can't swear that all of them are
addressed in this book, I do recall that C S Lewis in the appendix to
his book, The Abolition of Man, abstracted common principles from many
religions of the world. That might be a helpful start.

Good luck,
Jim Starr
